Stupidity Of Siblings--[Open]

Sometimes things just weren't fair. Not at all fair especially for her. It seemed like things like that were always happening to her and no one else. Who else would even have the issues to have that happen to them? She didn't like it one bit and pretty much thinking about it made her even madder.

So mad that she even went so far as to punch a tree. It only made her feel a tiny bit better but not much. She had hit it pretty hard but only once wasn't going to do any damage to her hand. It felt a lot different than hitting stone, which she had actually done before back in her earlier years that the school. Something had pissed her off enough to make her square off against the wall made of stone inside the school.

Breanna had been smart enough to wander off into the forest this time though so she wouldn't end up punching a wall. Not that the forest was a very smart place to run off into. It was forbidden after all and if a teacher found her out there then she'd only get in more trouble. That would be fine though because honestly if she hadn't changed into her Animagus form and skittered off she probably would have just done more damage to herself. She was sure to get detention for what she had done as it is and who knew what else would happen.

The red head could only think of the letter she was going to get from her parents when they found out about what she did. She was sure though that he had certainly deserved it. She couldn't just stand his red head mouth going off like it was and she most definitely didn't hold back for his sake. She had let him have what he deserved even if he was her little brother and he was sure to have more to come if he kept acting like he did. His friends had certainly been surprised when she did it too, speechless even, and that was why she had run off to avoid hitting them too when they stopped being speechless over it.

"Fucking baka..." Breanna said just above her normal speaking tone while she kicked at something in anger.

Devin had been out in the Forbidden Forest for a few hours now. The night before he had taken inventory of supplies and ingredients in order to prepare for the classes he would be teaching, as well as ingredients requested by the Potions professor. However, it appeared as though he was missing a few plants and had low stock for others. The past few hours had seen him gathering what seemed like a wealth of stock, as evidenced by the rather full-looking bag on his back. Although Devin could have easily stored them in an enchanted bottomless bag, he much preferred to have everything on him in a heavy backpack.

Putting away the last of the items on his list and stowing his ax, the Herbology professor slowly made his way back to the main trail that would eventually take him back to the Grounds. Navigating the brush was rather easy, most likely due to his experiences in Siberia. Once he reached the trail, Devin started heading for the Grounds. Walking a leisurely pace allowed him to take in the sights, sounds, and smells of the Forbidden Forest. Despite its ever-present reputation for being filled with a myriad of dangerous things just ready to kill any witch or wizard, it wasn't as foreboding to him. Had he been collecting a night, however, things would have been different and he would have been on higher alert.

Just as he was about to softly whistle to himself, he heard someone say something, just loud enough for anyone close enough to hear. It sounded like a female, and judging by an unfamiliar word, probably a student. It didn't take him long to see who said it, as his suspicions were confirmed; it indeed was a student. Being that he had returned not too long ago to take up a teaching job, he wasn't exactly all too familiar with her. He stopped where he was, waiting for the girl to reach him. It looked as though she wasn't paying attention where she was going, a costly mistake if he hadn't been around. "What seems to be the problem, miss?" he asked, curious as to why a student would be out here alone.
