Ever since he was little his parents had always found him reading, whether it be for learning new things or for pleasure, the boy had quite an imagination when it came to reading always being able to visualize the story, or visualize the problem for what he was learning. He often would take his mother’s wand without her realizing it to try and cast some spells once he realized that he had magic in him. That day was when he was five, he had been climbing a tree and fell, only to find himself magically floating on down to the ground, it was a glorious day and his mother had taken him out to buy him all his favorite candy and a toy broom for him to fly around on. Finally, the day had come when he had received his Hogwarts letter and of course he couldn’t have been happier. Being an only child, he hadn’t been around many other kids and thus took to be more of the type that seemed a bit shy at first. But to those he became close with, it seemed like he was an open book, at least that was what many had thought. He wasn’t the type to let out the latest gossip, if someone asked him to keep a secret he did, but that didn’t mean he turned around and easily told another his secret. When he had a secret of himself, he kept it hidden. Especially the one he realized when he was in his fifth year. It was a bit, unexpected for him really. Having grown up talking about girls from time to time with the boys. Sure he had always been more of the feminine type with the boys, but he and he hoped the others, didn’t think anything of it. He liked to paint his finger nails, though usually darker colors such as black and of course he kept his hair short with two clips in it. He liked his fedora hats and had several of him. But one night he realized something… that he didn’t just like girls. He had a dream… and it was of one of his closer friends and upon waking up… he realized that he liked what happened in that dream. He had looked over at his good friend, blushing at the very thought of it and realized that he didn’t want anyone to know just yet. Now in his sixth year, he still harbors this secret. Although, it never kept him from his studies. Always seen with books on him and he did exceedingly well in transfiguration and defense against the dark arts, while other areas he did well in as well, but just not completely outstanding.
