Each of her parents was of American origin as well having had their ancestors come over too long ago to even recall their true origin. Traveling – Within the first year of Emeli’s birth, she had visited around three countries thanks to her parents extreme wealth. Instead of being taught in Public School, her parents educated her through their own means which they determined while traveling the world with a majority of means. They even had a butler. Thanks to their extreme traveling, not only does Emeli have a familiarity to each accent but she even came to mimic their traits in her own voice. An example would be how she hid her American accent in a british one to pretend she is where she truly belongs. Werewolves– Emeli was yanked into the world of magic at a very young age even before she had a chance to learn a thing or two at Hogwarts. Even before she even truly developed her powers! Her parents, like they have been doing for all her life, decided to travel to England and take a trip through one of their forests. Emeli herself didn’t remember what it was exactly but she does remember the full moon high in the sky as she and her family walked in on a werewolf feeding. At first they were astonished and believed it was a wolf but as they came closer and saw how it was hairless and had human like extremeties, everything became too real too fast. To think it all started because young little Emeli tripped on a pair of loud twigs and leaves. In a flash her parents were ripped apart before her eyes, even some of their blood dampening her clothes as a flare was going off not too far lighting the forest ablaze slowly. Fire enveloped her and there was no where to run when the beasts eyes finally fastened on her. It reached for her and bit her hard around her abdomen and shook her while the teeth were fastened. At this moment, her innate witching powers came into play and she place her hands on the wolf’s head. She wasn’t sure what she did but before she knew it she was on the ground and the wolf ran away leaving her in yet another unhappy situation. The fire was still very much strong and it encircled her sucking whatever oxygen there was in the air and causing her to pass out. The Letter – When she woke up, she was in the hospital with a set of IV’s plugged into her arm. For a moment, she was forgetful searching for her parents to fill her in on why exactly she was in the hospital when she felt her abdomen throb and remembered everything. In a fit of panic, she looked under the hospital gown only to find a faint scar. To say she was confused was an understatement. At once she began to tell a nurse what she had seen but after seeing the confusion on their face, she stopped realizing that they would only stick her in the ‘loony bin’. So she asked the lady for a phone call and decided to contact her butler telling him what happened. Before he got there, she heard a rap on the hospital wing window. Looking out, she saw an owl perched there with a rather neat enveloped clutched in one of its claws. After some playing with the window, and perhaps some vandalizing of property, she acquired the letter and in it was an acceptance letter to Hogwarts as well as a small note at the end. Hogwarts Life – Going to Hogwarts was certainly a new experience and not only because it was a school of magic. She also never has been in a school ever before! In her first days, she kept mostly to herself but not wanting to feel different she took on the british accent engaging in her very first deception. Over time, it just became second nature to her. Although she didn’t quite enjoy acting, it slowly became a habit she couldn’t shake. She has made many friends through out her years at Hogwarts even with people from other houses. However, her forgetfulness always finds a way to bite her in the arse and she constantly forgets the faces of those she is best friends with. So they all, eventually, come and go as they wish entering her life when she is needed and leaving when she isn’t. She doesn’t really care much for it even though she is faintly aware of it. In fact she finds it necessary since if she was friends with anyone for too long then they would eventually become aware of her true nature. Summers - Every Summer, each child is forced to go home to anyone they consider family. For Emeli, there is only her Butler however she never spends any time with him. Despite being considered her guardian, he simply presents a means of keeping her money. Other than being there the day after and before HogWart attendance, she spends her time traveling the world. She may be young, but she has seen her fair share of Home Alone and has an idea to get around most things as long as she has the money and doesn't do illegal stuff. She also makes sure she has a steady rate of Wolfsbane having been taught since her first year how to make it for when she was forced to go back home. Death - Coming to terms with her parents death was never easy. It was even more difficult as her life quickly became the kind you could find in a novel rather than reality. Hell! The things she has witnessed could land her into an asylum with the snap of a finger! She did everything she could to ignore the events the conspired and each full moon happened with an underlying hate for what she was and everything around her. However, one summer she got into a severe fight with her former butler. He was simply asking her to go see her parents graves but she went into a fit and ran out looking for anywhere to run to. Its not clear to the butler what happened that summer, but when she came home, she had a look of serene compliance and went to visit her parents graves. After much crying and sleeping, she went back to Hogwarts. After wards, she came to see the thestrals without a problem and she also stopped holding a severe hatred for herself. She actually felt fine with it. it made her who she was and she understood that! And although she was still sad for her parents, she decided to live her life proudly and not cry over spilt milk. Wealthy – If you haven’t understood by now, I will repeat. EMELI IS RICH! Thanks to her parents luck through the stock markets, they received enough money to travel the world a million times over and their consistant luck only seemed to heighten the number. Even when they died, Emeli maintained her wealth through a series of steps that the judge himself could not argue with by deeming the butler her guardian and having him give her cash when it was necessary. Emeli made sure to exchange the bare minimum she would need each year save for a few extra in case anything happened throughout the year for which she would need money. .
