His training like most of the family members was crude and had a very high percentage of him dying. As a child he was locked away in a cell, his family mimicked that of enemy capture, he was tortured in extreme ways, given small amounts of water and food, sometime, the body of his baby brother, who was only a few months old, was tossed in with him, his father claiming this is the result of failure. He watched it slowly decay before his eyes. From then on he hates cells or cages and the image of his brother still haunts him.

Junjing also has red tattoo's on his features and on his shoulder's instead of being compacted on just one side of the body, the blood colored inks mean that he is apart of the Warrior classification of his family. He use to have the beginning's of a large tattoo on his back, but since the scarring one can only faintly see where the ink could've been.

Like most of his family, Junjing use to have black hair, he however dyes it to a white as it is currently, only near the bottom of his long hair does it darken back into black. He did this when he was younger and much more rebellious, it was an attempt to look different and it just became second nature for him to continue to bleach out the black into white even after he 'grew' out of it.

As part of his training, he was taught Unforgiveables, but only to use them to protect the Empress. He has learned apparition as well, as he sees it to be handy. Occulmency was something he was trained for by his family as the secrets to the Li-Fen have to be guarded closely.
