She has two older sisters who are 37 and 39 and she has two younger sisters as well who are 25 and 17. All the children in the Lowell family are all female and drove their father crazy ever day of their lives. Their father was a pureblood wizard and their mother is a muggle born witch. Her youngest sister is in her last year of Hogwarts and has pretty much had her sister as a teacher the entire time. She is protective over her little sister and if someone tries to hurt her then its detention for them. Chrystal has always looked rather young for her age and she always throws people for a loop when it comes to it. Most people expect her to introduce herself as a 1st or 2nd year student at Hogwarts when instead she’s a professor. She likes to say she’s blessed with such young looks as it makes her look way better than she could possibly dream of. She is tiny and she doesn’t care cause she fierce to make up for this. She doesn’t like being called pipsqueak or tiny especially by students as it is disrespectful and she will reward detention for this. She knows she’s short so don’t remind her but she is only 5’3” and typically shorter than most students. While Chrystal was attending Hogwarts as a student, she was placed into Hufflepuff. She has a pretty out there personality so it didn’t surprise her sisters that she got put into this house. She didn’t seem to mind being an oddball either as it didn’t faze her at all. Her pet cat Raven is only 1 year old and is the kitten of the Lowell family’s current house cat. She is loving and pure black. She is not referred to as a replacement for Chrystal’s last cat because she’s too adorable to be thought of such. She also has an owl that she keeps at home that she uses to send owls to her husband who works for the ministry. Chrystal and her long term boyfriend got married over the last summer break and so she is returning this year all quite excited over it still. Chrystal has been teaching at Hogwarts for 12 years for the subject of Defense Against the Dark Arts and she is the Head of Hufflepuff. Before taking the position as the professor she was an assistant for 4 years to prepare her to being a teacher. She had her own assistant for 5 years, Tomas Finnigan, but he decided to switch up and go to the ministry to become an Auror instead.
